PalmaActiva registered 67 companies in 2021 through its EAP

PalmaActiva’s Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE) registered 67 companies last year. The chosen regime was: 57 as self-employed and 10 as companies. Most of the registrations were of a professional nature in activities such as consultancy, design and architecture. There were also 6 cessations of activity.

Rodrigo Romero, councillor for Economic Promotion and Employment, highlights that of the 67 companies registered, 61.19% were women and 38.81% were men. The councillor also highlights that the rating of the service was 9.63 out of 10.

Romero explains that these figures are very similar to those of 2020, when 66 companies were registered, “despite the fact that 7.08% more applications were received than in 2020”.

PALMAACTIVA’S PAE – A PAE is an Entrepreneur Service Point, public or private, in agreement with the General Secretariat of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises, under the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, which offers services linked to the registration of companies.

The PAE of PalmaActiva offers the following free services for people who want to register as self-employed or set up a limited company:

1.General information on legal, tax, accounting and Social Security aspects.

2.Information on current aids and incentives for the creation of companies.

Incorporation of companies through the CIRCE telematic processing system using the single electronic document (DUE).

4.Processing of the cessation of activity.
