At the proposal of the Ministry of Mobility and Housing, the Consell de Govern has approved the corresponding expenditure to initiate three open procedures for the construction of eighteen public housing units in the municipality of Esporles, fifteen in Binissalem and ten in Santa Margalida, for an estimated value of 7,030,623.37 € (seven million, thirty thousand, six hundred and twenty-three euros and thirty-seven cents).
The building works for eighteen housing units will be promoted on the site located at calle Ca l’Onclo, 1, on the corner of calle de Joan Riutort, 90, in Esporles, with a base bidding budget, including VAT, of 2,161. 587.04 € (two million one hundred and sixty-one thousand five hundred and eighty-seven euros and four cents) and an estimated contract value of 2,358,094.96 € (two million three hundred and fifty-eight thousand ninety-four euros and ninety-six cents), with a maximum period for carrying out the works of sixteen months.
The development of ten public housing units to be promoted on the site located at calle Pere Estelrich Fuster, 22, in Santa Margalida, has a base bidding budget, VAT included, of 1,722. 459.85 € (one million seven hundred and twenty-two thousand four hundred and fifty-nine euros and eighty-five cents) and an estimated contract value of 1,879,047.11 € (one million eight hundred and seventy-nine thousand forty-seven euros and eleven cents), with a maximum period for carrying out the works of fifteen months.
The works for the building of fifteen public housing units to be developed on the site located at 12, Guillem Martí i Coll street, in Binissalem, have an estimated maximum contract value of 2,793,481.30 € (two million seven hundred and ninety-three thousand four hundred and eighty-one euros and thirty cents). Approval of the initiation of an open procedure for urgent processing for the awarding of the contract for the construction of fifteen subsidised housing units to be developed on the site located at 12, Guillem Martí i Coll street, in Binissalem, with a base bidding budget, including VAT, of 2. 518,712.65 € (two million five hundred and eighteen thousand seven hundred and twelve euros and sixty-five cents) and an estimated value of the contract of 2,793,481.30 € (two million seven hundred and ninety-three thousand four hundred and eighty-one euros and thirty cents), and with a maximum period for carrying out the works of sixteen months.
