Inca commemorates International LGTBI Pride Day

Since yesterday morning, the façade of Inca Town Hall has been displaying the LGTBI flag on the occasion of International Pride Day, which is commemorated every 28 June. The event was attended by the Mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno; the Councillor for Equality, Antònia Maria Sabater; other members of the council and representatives of the Único Association.

“Little by little we are taking steps to guarantee the rights of all LGTBI people, although there is still a long way to go. For this reason, we must continue to support the collective and its struggle, developing actions to raise visibility and awareness,” says Sabater.

Proudly Inca 2022
The countdown to Orgullosament Inca 2022 has begun. This year, to start warming up the engines, Inca City Council will hold a presentation party on 1 July at Sa Lluna. The event will feature Pep Noguera, Albert Pinya and Silvia Superstar, among others, who will liven up the event with lots of music and fun.

This year this commemoration is extending its programme, and from the 11th to the 15th of July, many activities will be held, such as book presentations and a film series. The Festival will be held on July 15th and this year we will have the participation of Sofía Cristo, the singer Rebeca, Drag Vulcano and the local dragsters Mystica Vileila, Stacy Lover, Mortia Dickinsane and Lolita Kahos, among many other artists. On the other hand, once again this year we will enjoy the participation of Topacio Fresh, who has sponsored the festival since the first year, Pep Noguera and Vivian Caoba.

All the details of Orgulloso Inca 2022 will be announced at the presentation party on 1 July.
