Today, the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands published the resolution by which the Department of Mobility and Housing makes the third payment of the 2021 rental subsidies, for an expenditure of 2,104,670 euros.

This new payment, which benefits 1,175 families throughout the Balearic Islands, is in addition to the 3,357 beneficiaries up to now, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 4,532.

Thus, payment will have already been made for all the applications submitted that were correct, i.e. those in which the applicant had provided all the documentation correctly and met all the requirements set out in the call for applications for rental aid 2021.

There is now a period for providing documentation for those applications that need to be amended. Those interested can consult all the information on the grants at habitatge.caib.es
