Inca presents the new monologue by Antoni Gomila, as part of the campaign to promote local commerce “Vive mallorquinamente”.

The president of Pimeco, Toni Fuster; the actor and playwright, Toni Gomila; the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno; and the councillor for Commerce and Promotion of the City, Miguel Ángel Cortés, presented the theatrical show “Vive Mallorquinamente” (Live Mallorquinamente) this afternoon. This monologue is the star of the campaign promoted by the employers’ association of small and medium-sized businesses in Mallorca, in collaboration with the council and Activa’t Inca, to boost shopping in local shops in the capital of El Raiguer.

As part of this initiative, over the last few weeks the inquers and inqueras who have shopped in the small establishments of Inca participating in the campaign, have obtained a voucher redeemable for a ticket to enjoy the play “Vive Mallorquinamente”, to be held on 22 October at the Teatro Principal in Inca. As of this week, the vouchers can be exchanged at the theatre’s box office from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

“Vive Mallorquinamente” is a monologue, starring actor and playwright Toni Gomila, in which the values of shopping in small shops are highlighted. The campaign, promoted by PIMECO, is sponsored by the European Regional Development Fund through the Chamber of Commerce.
