The Vice-presidency and Regional Ministry for Democratic Transition, Productive Sectors and Democratic Memory, through the Directorate General for Innovation and the Bit Foundation, is organising the “Course on structuring innovation projects for submission to competitive calls for proposals”, aimed at micro, small and medium-sized Balearic Islands companies interested in applying for grants or loans under competitive conditions to carry out investments in innovation or research and development.

The course is completely free and is aimed at managers and innovation or project management professionals from any sector of activity, who wish to receive specific training in one of the most common problems when launching an innovative project: the search for funding.

It should be noted that this training action is part of the actions of the commissioning of innovation that the Vice-Presidency makes the Bit Foundation, within the innovation services for growth, consolidation and business expansion, and responds to the demand identified in previous editions, which detected the difficulty that SMEs have in accessing this type of aid and subsidies.

The training will take place this month, on 14, 16, 21 and 23 November. The beneficiaries will be able to attend sessions with specialised consultants, with the help of whom they will draw up a project proposal and identify at least one competitive call for proposals. Places are limited.

Through this course, the participating companies will be able to present their projects both in regional or national calls such as CDTI or ENISA funding lines, as well as in European calls such as Horizon Europe, among others.

During the course, all the phases of project management will be dealt with in a complete way; from the initial pivotal idea and the concrete design and creation of the consortium; the drafting of the proposal and budget; how to carry out the documentation and presentation, to the acceptance, management and justification or the re-launch of a rejected project.

All the information on the course and registration is available on the fundaciobit.org website.
