The aim of the Health Service is to respond to the need for family medicine professionals in the primary care centres of Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, in view of the expected increase in recruitment.

The initial hiring offer will be for three years, with the possibility of stabilising the position in the health system by means of staff consolidation processes that plan to reduce temporary contracts throughout the Health Service to 5%.

The only requirements for access to the contracts are to hold a specialist qualification in Family Medicine and to be a Spanish national or a national of a member state of the European Union.

To register for the offer, all you have to do is submit your application via the website https://www.ibsalut.es/es/profesionales/recursos-humanos/trabaja-con-nosotros/bolsa-unica/bolsas-activas-y-tramites.

In addition, on Thursday 17 November, the Health Service is expected to award one hundred and eighteen vacancies in the category of family doctor. Specifically, there will be ninety-five temporary positions and twenty-three long-term positions.

In this sense, the Health Service has carried out a major recruitment drive for the coming year, for which it has requested an increase of fifty-eight medical posts for Primary Care. Thirty-six family doctor posts and twenty-two primary care emergency doctor posts.
