Clara Figuerola represented CEIP Es Puig de Lloseta at the event. Figuerola told us that this day highlights the achievements of the programme during the year in each of the educational sectors, especially in the European Year of Youth 2022 and the commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme (1987-2022), highlighting examples of good practice and testimonies, organising round tables on good practice and holding the ceremony to present awards for the quality of Erasmus+ projects at the national level and the EITA 2022 awards.

In 2022, the programme has had a budget of more than 3,900 million euros according to a press release from the European Commission and has had a special focus on digital transformation, inclusion and diversity and the fight against climate change.

Thus, the students of CEIP Es Puig de Lloseta, led by Clara Figuerola, have been able to go on different outings that have led them to meet first-hand students and families from Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Around 1,000 people attended the conference, including promoters of the Erasmus+ programme and heads of educational administrations at the national level; beneficiaries and new applicants of Erasmus+ projects; representatives of educational centres; institutions and groups in the field of education and training; staff from Autonomous Communities who support the dissemination and promotion of the Programme; as well as multipliers and other interested agents from the different educational sectors (School Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Adult Education), in addition to the presence of numerous European and national authorities.
