The Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands of 24 December publishes the public offer of internal and external employment of SFM corresponding to 2019 and 2020.

This is the first major process of internal promotion and incorporation of SFM staff in recent years since the last one was in 2010. At a time like the present, this incorporation of staff will reduce interim staff and will respond to the staffing needs of the public company to continue improving the service. The stabilisation process for SFM’s non-permanent staff will be published shortly.

Thus, 13 internal promotion positions will be advertised: 2 area managers, 3 train drivers, 1 operations inspector, 2 station managers, 1 rolling stock manager, 1 rolling stock supervisor, 1 chief train driver, 2 supervision and intervention units. There are a total of 30 open positions: 21 train driver positions, 5 station managers, 2 administrative positions and 2 supervisory and intervention units.

Applicants must submit an application for each of the categories and specialities in which they wish to participate, by completing the corresponding online form available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and the website http://oposicions.caib.es.
