The call aims to reward short films that, due to their content, authorship or location, promote Mallorca.

On March 4, the Fundació Mallorca Turisme published its new call for short film awards through the Mallorca Film Commission to strengthen the promotion of Mallorca through an alternative formula: audiovisual creation, culture, and talent.

In addition, the public’s votes through Instagram awarded a fourth prize, the “prize of the networks”, worth €1,000.
The winning short films were:
● 1st prize (€6,500 each):
○ La Nau, by Guillem Miró.
○ Llavors, by Antoni Bestard
● 2nd prize (€3,500 each):
○ Ben, by Miguel Angel Durán.
○ Zama, by Miguel Angel Marqués
● 3rd prize (€2,000 each):
○ El Nido, by David Ordinas.

● 4th prize (networks prize, €1,000):
