Andreu Caballero, councillor of the Conservatori, explains that “at the Conservatori we want to create links with all the musical groups in Inca. We have reached this agreement with Unió Musical Inquera because it has a great tradition of training and a director, Xisco Amengual, who is highly qualified and involved”.
Marcelino Minaya, director of the Conservatori d’Inca, comments that “the agreement benefits the students of the Conservatori because they will be able to develop the band subject within a more complete and instrumentally balanced group”. For his part, Pedro Bestard, president of the Unión Musical Inquera, considers that “the participation of students from the Conservatory will enrich the group and facilitate the incorporation of young musicians into the band”.
Virgilio Moreno, Mayor of Inca, assures that “we have reached an important agreement, which has been in demand for years and which will be beneficial for both musical entities and for the entire city of Inca”.
