Teatre des Born in Ciutadella

The Consell de Govern has authorized the Councilor of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Jaume Bauzà, to grant a subsidy in favor of the Ciutadella Town Hall to develop the “El Born + Jove” project.

The subsidy is aimed at financing the project of the Teatre des Born of Ciutadella called “El Born + Jove”, oriented, on the one hand, to give opportunities to young creative people of our islands and, on the other, to offer a program of interest to people of these ages. This economic collaboration will permit the consolidation of the actions and annual programming that the Ciutadella Cultura Foundation carries out in the Teatre des Born.

The activities carried out by the City Council in the theatre that is the object of the aid have an eminently social and cultural purpose since their objective is promoting culture and the performing arts, especially in the Catalan language.
