This year, priority has been given to resolving the aid pending for 2022, taking into account the volume of unresolved applications from both last year and the previous year, given that the aid pending for 2021 was not resolved until the payment last December 2023.
At the same time, the Directorate General for Housing and Architecture is already reviewing applications for 2023 rental subsidies with a view to starting soon with the resolution of the first payment of last year’s call for rental subsidies.
On the other hand, it should be remembered that last April the Directorate General for Housing and Architecture resolved the eighth payment of the Bono Alquiler Joven grants, for an amount of 976,000 euros to more than 1,000 beneficiaries. So far, 6.3 million euros have been paid to nearly 1,400 beneficiaries.
