The Consell de Govern has declared the Son Vivot photovoltaic park, located in polygon 7, plots 235, 659 and 690 in Inca, an industrial project of strategic interest. The project is being processed by the Department of Enterprise, Employment and Energy, through the Directorate General of Circular Economy, Energy Transition and Climate Change.

Son Vivot Photovoltaic Park in Inca declared an industrial project of strategic interest
According to the project presented, this facility will have a generating capacity of 21,715 kW and peak power of 21,391.50 kW.
The park, promoted by the company Enel Green Power España, SLU, will consist of 32,910 solar panels on the ground, of 650 Wp each, and will occupy an area of 186,700 m².
It should be noted that the Industry Council of the Balearic Islands has reported favourably on the project, based on the reports of the bodies consulted.
The declaration as a strategic industrial project is conditional upon obtaining administrative authorisation and approval of the execution project, which must include all the requirements indicated in the documents issued by the public administrations.
This agreement will be notified to the Inca Town Council and the owner of the installation.
