The exam will be held on 28th, 29th and 30th April 2025 in Palma, Ciutadella and Ibiza.

Education opens today the registration period for the free examination to obtain the Baccalaureate diploma
The Regional Ministry of Education and Universities, through the Directorate General for Vocational Training and Educational Organisation, has announced the free examination for the year 2025 so that people over the age of twenty can directly obtain the Baccalaureate diploma in the Balearic Islands.
Requirements
All those who meet the following requirements may sit the exam:
- Be twenty years old or turn twenty during the calendar year in which the test takes place.
- Residing in the Balearic Islands.
- Hold the title of Graduate in Compulsory Secondary Education or an equivalent qualification for academic purposes, or have the homologation of this qualification.
- Not have the Baccalaureate diploma regulated by article 37 of Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, on Education, modified by Organic Law 3/2020, of 20 December, or any other diploma declared equivalent or homologated for all purposes.
- Not be enrolled in baccalaureate studies in any of its modalities or regimes.
Enrolment deadlines
The registration period is open from today until 11 March inclusive.
Date and place of the test
The test will be held on 28, 29 and 30 April 2025, between 15:00 and 21:30, at the following centres:
- Palma: IES Ses Estacions Secondary School.
- Ciutadella: IES Maria Àngels Cardona.
- Eivissa: IES Santa Maria d’Eivissa.

Applicants may apply in one of the following modalities:
- Arts.
- Science and Technology.
- General.
- Humanities and Social Sciences.
