Inca Town Council and the Training Centre have held a closing ceremony to mark the end of the mixed projects in the administrative and electricity sectors that have been carried out over the last few months, within the framework of the SOIB 30 Training and Employment programme. These projects are financed by the SOIB fund through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labour Affairs.
Thus, thanks to this initiative, a total of 29 people have been able to participate in a training plan for eleven months, which combines training and apprenticeship while developing effective work in the City Council. ‘We are very pleased to carry out as many projects as possible that contribute to boosting employment and guaranteeing quality jobs for the citizens of our city. This programme, moreover, stands out for having a very high rate of job placement,’ says the Councillor for Training and Employment, Maria Francisca Barceló.
