Inca launches two new projects “SOIB training in alternation in strategic sectors and difficult to cover”, dual training in the sectors of carpentry and electricity

The City Council of Inca has launched two new projects under the call “SOIB training in alternation in strategic sectors and difficult to cover”, in the sectors of wood and electricity. It has the direct participation of more than 12 companies, mostly located in the Raiguer region, and 19 beneficiaries as student workers.

The mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno, stressed that ‘these projects are an opportunity to improve professional qualifications and, at the same time, facilitate access to the labour market for people who want to specialise in key sectors for our productive fabric’. Moreno also stressed that ‘the collaboration between the City Council, companies and the SOIB is essential to guarantee quality training that meets the needs of the world of work’.

For her part, the Councillor for Training and Employment, Maria Francisca Barceló, pointed out that we work continuously to offer programmes that combine training and real practice to companies, thus giving more job placement opportunities to participants. Thanks to all the companies that participate in these programmes, as their collaboration is essential for the success of these initiatives”.

Thus, the new projects that have started at the Inca Training Centre are INCA DUAL CONNECTA 2025 and INCA MADERA PRO, which will provide training and employment for 19 people as electrical and carpentry assistants respectively. In this way, the students of the carpentry project will receive the level 2 certificate in Installation of carpentry elements and, on the other hand, the beneficiaries of the electricity project will receive the level 1 certificate of professionalism Auxiliary operations of assembly of electrotechnical and telecommunications installations in buildings and the training module.

Cañellas S.L, Delta Network S.L and Carpintería Payeras S.L are the collaborating companies of these two projects of the call ‘SOIB training in alternation in strategic sectors and difficult to cover’. This programme is financed by the SOIB, with the participation of the SEPE.
