Mondays were the busiest day of the week, with 13,384 emergencies attended, and the busiest single day was May 13, when 283 patients were seen in the Emergency Department.

It is worth noting that in June 2023, the hospital opened a new Emergency Department spanning 2,263 square meters—nearly 1,000 more than the previous facility. Additionally, in November 2023, a Short-Stay Unit was launched next to the Emergency Department to accommodate patients needing care for less than 72 hours.
