Key dates for families to keep in mind include May 30, when the provisional score lists will be published; June 2 to 4, when families may submit complaints; June 9, when those complaints will be resolved; and June 17, when the final lists will be released. The formal enrollment period for children in the first cycle of early childhood education will run from June 18 to 27, with June 27 being the final day to complete registration. From June 28 onwards, the late application period will open.

All procedures related to the enrollment process for the upcoming school year can be completed entirely online, including registration, which until now had to be done in person. To facilitate the process, the Directorate General of Educational Planning and Management has enabled families without a Gestib user account to access the platform via digital certificate or the CL@VE system. This measure aims to make all steps of the enrollment process easier for both schools and families across all educational stages — from early childhood to primary, secondary, and high school.

As a new feature this year, applications submitted after the initial 0–3 enrollment process will be evaluated every fifteen days. This change is intended to make seat allocation fairer, as previously these were assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, families with children aged 15 weeks or older will now be able to participate in the late application process.
