The Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB) has published the Resolution of the Minister of Education and Universities announcing the second round of mobility grants for the 2024–2025 academic year. These grants are aimed at students enrolled in vocational training programs within the educational system who are studying at publicly funded institutions located on a different island from their place of residence.

Education Department Announces Second Round of Mobility Grants
These grants are designed to promote the continuation of vocational training studies (FP) and to offset the additional living and travel expenses incurred when a student cannot find a place in the desired training program on their home island.
Eligible applicants include students enrolled in Level D or E programs, under the general system and in-person modality, who meet specific academic and administrative requirements. The maximum grant amounts are €2,500 for Level D and €1,500 for Level E, depending on the academic workload.
The deadline to submit applications is June 20, 2025.
