The President of the Balearic Government, Margalida Prohens, attended the presentation of the project “4 illes, un repte solidari” (“4 Islands, a Solidarity Challenge”), led by Bernat Xavier Xamena Vidal, in support of the ELA Balears Association and several associations of family members and friends of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

President Prohens Attends Presentation of “4 Islands, a Solidarity Challenge” in Support of ELA Balears and Alzheimer’s Associations

The event took place in the courtyard of the Consolat de Mar, featuring speeches by project promoter Bernat Xavier Xamena and Cati Rigo, president of ELA Balears. Representatives of Alzheimer’s associations were also present.

President Margalida Prohens closed the event with a few words.

The event also featured a performance by Bernat Xavier Xamena, a musician from the Palma Municipal Music Band, accompanied by guitarist Guillem Fullana.
