Applications for this first phase must be submitted preferably online by June 30.
The second phase of the process will run from August 28 to September 3.
The Ministry of Education and Universities will open the first phase of the admission and enrollment process on Monday, June 16, for vocational training programs (Formación Profesional) in the in-person and intensive learning mode for the 2025–2026 academic year. This includes Grade D programs (basic, intermediate, and advanced levels) and Grade E (specialisation courses).
Key Changes This Year
Among the new features this year, student admission will be determined based on academic grades for all selected options. Additionally, a waiting list—also based on academic grades—will be created for options in which applicants do not initially obtain a place. The cut-off scores for each vocational training program or specialisation course will be published.

Application Period for In-Person and Intensive Vocational Training Programs for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Opens on Monday
Applications must be submitted preferably online by June 30.
The enrollment period for those who are granted a place will run from July 17 to July 21.
On July 28, information on available places will be published on the dedicated Vocational Training website:

Second Phase of the Process
The second phase of the admission process will open on August 28, and applications may be submitted until September 3, preferably online.
The enrollment period for this phase will be September 17–18, and the list of available places will be updated on September 19.
From that point on, individuals who did not secure a place in the previous phases must go to the Schooling Office by appointment to apply for one of the remaining vacancies. This phase will run from September 22 to October 3.
To ensure all available places are filled, a final enrollment period will be opened by the educational centres:
- From October 6 to 17 for intermediate and advanced programs.
- Until October 31 for basic-level programs.
Online Vocational Training and Professional Certificates
For vocational training programs in virtual mode, the application period will be open from August 29 to September 12.
As for professional certificates (Grade C), both the pre-registration and enrollment will be managed directly by the educational centres offering each certificate.
