The Inca Town Hall’s Training Centre organised a meeting between students, the centre’s technical team, and the companies participating in the dual training project “Inca Fusta Pro.” This initiative is part of the “SOIB Alternating Training in Strategic and Hard-to-Fill Sectors” program, financed by SOIB and supported by SEPE.

The event aimed to establish initial contact between the participants and the companies. Although the students hold a one-year contract, the first three and a half months have been entirely dedicated to training. Starting this July, they will begin the work phase in their assigned companies until the end of the year. During this period, they will remain linked to the Training Centre, as set out in the collaboration agreements signed between the companies and the Town Hall.
