The project will transform this historic 16th-century building into a vibrant space where local winemakers can hold presentations, tastings, training sessions, and conferences. The initiative seeks to combine culture, landscape, and local products, positioning Binissalem as a benchmark for the wine sector in the Balearic Islands.

Can Marc

Can Marc is a notable example of Mallorcan baroque architecture. Its 18th-century façade, renovated around 1770, features three balconies with Louis XV-style wrought iron railings and a distinctive asymmetry between the round doorway and the central balcony.

Inside, original elements are preserved, including the wine cellar, two presses, stables, a corral, and a garden. The ground floor is remarkable for its entrance with two arches providing direct access to the wine cellar, dining room, and service areas.

The building also retains period furniture, offering visitors a direct immersion into the 18th century.
