Around 600 Vocational Training Teachers Take Part in Training Sessions on FEMPO Management in the Balearic Islands

The meetings, held in Manacor, Alaior, Inca, Palma and today in Ibiza, brought together nearly 600 professionals, including FEMPO coordinators and tutors, education inspectors, management teams from schools offering vocational training, and VT teachers. Participation was significant at each venue: 130 registered in Manacor, 86 in Menorca, 130 in Inca, 130 in Palma and 123 in Ibiza.

The purpose of this training was to present the specific guidelines for the 2025–2026 academic year and to explain the procedures necessary to ensure the proper implementation of FEMPO, which is now applied across all VT degrees and courses.

These sessions highlighted the importance of teamwork and coordination between teachers, management teams and inspectors in order to guarantee effective management of training in companies or equivalent organisations, while also strengthening the overall quality of vocational training in the Balearic Islands.
