The construction of this centre has a cost of approximately 9 million euros, financed in equal parts by the Govern and the Consell, and the investment provided by the executive comes from funds raised through the ITS. The facilities, which will cover an area of 4,000 m², will receive more than 450 students each year. Eight training classrooms, two kitchens, a barroom, a restaurant room and a cafeteria bar are planned, as well as library-type facilities, offices for the teaching staff and management, changing rooms, a storeroom and a freezer room.

The EHIB of a Coma will be managed by the School of Hotel Management of the Balearic Islands and these new facilities will provide formal vocational training, occupational training and continuing education for workers.
