\ There are more than 3,000 vacant on-site places on all the islands for basic, intermediate and higher level training cycles.

\ For the first time, the Higher Level Training Cycle in Building Projects is being implemented in virtual mode.
As of today, it is now possible to apply for the vocational training places that are still vacant for the next academic year 2022-2023 (list of places). In total, there are 3,083 places distributed across the different islands and corresponding to basic, intermediate and higher level training cycles. In order to access these places, Education is opening a new application period from 1 to 7 September inclusive.
By islands, 2,153 places are for Mallorca, 393 for Menorca, 465 for Ibiza, and 72 for Formentera.
This second phase is for people who have formalised the process in the first phase in June but have not been admitted to any of the options requested, and for people who have not formalised admission in June and other cases. In this sense, this second phase of the procedure for admission to the vacant places in the vacant cycles must be formalised, preferably, by telematic means.
The deadline begins today and will remain open until 7 September.

Process for applying for a vocational training place in virtual or distance mode for the academic year 2022-2023
Also today, 1 September, and until the 15th of this month, Education has opened the deadline to apply online for admission to vocational training courses in virtual or distance mode. In total, some 1,800 places are available between training cycles and modular offerings. As a novelty for this academic year, the higher level training cycle in Building Projects (EOC31) will be introduced.
The calendar for the admission process to the VET training cycles in the virtual or distance mode for the 2022-2023 academic year is as follows:
1 to 15 September: submission of applications for admission through the online process.
9 September: publication of the provisional list of students with priority of choice.
9, 12 and 13 September: complaints, rectifications and revisions to the provisional list of students with priority of choice.
15 September: publication of the definitive list of students with priority of choice.
21 September: drawing of lots for the tie-breaker.
22 September: publication of the provisional list of admitted students.
22nd, 23rd and 26th of September: claims, rectifications and revisions to the provisional list of admitted students.
30 September: publication of the definitive list of those admitted.
3 to 5 October: enrolment at the school.
