Festivities are long-awaited, after two years of suspension. So the number 56 will become the most remembered in the history of Ses Festes des Vermar 2022.

Binissalemers and all the inhabitants of the Balearic Islands will be able to enjoy one of the most traditional festivities in the Raiguer de Mallorca.

The vineyard, the grape harvest, the grape pickers and the wine take over this September in Binissalem.

The activities will be adapted to all tastes and audiences. One of the novelties of this 2022 allows us to approach the culture adapted to modernity. On Wednesday the 21st at 6 pm at the Can Gelabert Cultural Centre we can enjoy the II Jornada d’Educació a Binissalem (2nd Binissalem Education Day) given by mathematician Juan Gabriel Gomila.
This activity is free of charge and follows on from the I Jornada held in 2021, led by Gomila. Thus, we will be able to know first-hand, the advances in education adapted to new technologies. All of this with time freedom, as we will find the lessons on the platform, being able to do them 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Juan Gabriel Gomila takes us into the needs of the labour market, preparing professionals who are in high demand by companies. “We have turned online teaching, from our platform https://cursos.frogamesformacion.com into the Netflix of online training. People subscribe and have access either to the whole route of a subject or to the whole platform.
The platform is complete with rankings, competitions, achievements, challenges and so on to encourage people to study and complete the courses. Students will get a final course diploma validated with blockchain that will allow any company or entity to verify the validity that the student has completed the course and what skills they have learned”.

Víctor Martí, mayor of Binissalem, makes clear from the Fiestas Programme, the feeling of a town that respects, appreciates and feels great affection and admiration for tradition brought to modernity. All of this is in the eagerly awaited setting of these Festes des Vermar, the 56th edition of which will be the best ambassador of the Balearic Islands.
