The Inca Town Council will bring for approval at the next plenary session, to be held on 8 September, the modification of the ordinance regulating public prices for the provision of services and implementation of the Escola d’Educació d’Educació Infantil Municipal. In this way, the tax fee corresponding to the schooling service for the third year of infant education will be suspended, in accordance with article 4 of Decree-Law 8/2022 of 16 August.

This Decree-Law provides for free schooling for pupils enrolled in the third year of infant education classrooms of the nursery schools of the public nursery school network of the Balearic Islands, for a minimum of four hours, with effect from 1 September 2022. Thus, in order to be able to transfer this gratuity to students enrolled in the third level of nursery education, the consistory of the capital of Raiguer will carry out the regulation of the suspension of the collection of fees for students enrolled in the third level of nursery education in the Centre of Nursery Education Toninaina with this modification of the municipal ordinance.
