The tennis courts of Inca

The City Council of Inca has developed a project for the renovation and improvement of the tennis courts of the Mateu Cañellas Municipal Sports Center. This action has been developed in the framework of the second participatory budget campaign of the municipality.

“We work resolutely to improve and expand the municipal sports facilities. We aim to promote the practice of physical activity with infrastructure in good condition and adapted to the needs of users and club inquers, “says the mayor of Inca, Virgilio Moreno.

Thus, the surface has been repaired to clean up the deterioration of several sections of the pavement and level some holes. In addition, the 3 tracks have been repainted. The streetlights of the Mateu Cañellas Municipal Sports Center have also been repaired.

In parallel, the consistory of the capital of Raiguer is remodelling the athletics track of the sports complex. Thus, the existing pavement has already been removed and a new pavement is currently being installed over the existing asphalt base. Streets 1 to 7 will be porous synthetic pavement and street 8 will be grass pavement.

Also, painting, marking and signalling of the lines that limit the aisles of the lanes will be carried out, as well as all the necessary markings for the correct position of the exits and arrivals, call points for jumps and others. In addition to the renovation of the existing pavement, low-backed seats will also be installed in the bleachers and artificial turf area.
