The Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administrations of the Government of the Balearic Islands has today decided to dismiss the Director General of Coordination and Transparency, Jaume Porsell Alemán.
Despite having accredited that since 1 August 2023, he has not been the administrator of the management company of the Sa Vinya establishment in the Port of Andratx, and the tourist inspection service of the Consell de Mallorca having confirmed that the establishment has no activity and is not being marketed, the infringement detected with the presentation of the responsible declaration of the start of tourist activity is incompatible with his continuity in his post.
