Three phases have been carried out during this week: the first phase of teacher training; a second in which a guide to entrepreneurship has been handed out, and finally the third and last phase, which took place today at the San Cayetano School in Palma, the celebration of the Hackathon of entrepreneurship and junior personal development.

The director general of Enterprise, Self-Employment and Trade, José Antonio Caldés, who attended the final activity, explained: “with these actions we seek to promote entrepreneurship among young people with fun, excitement, collaboration and education. In addition, we encourage teamwork, the development of projects and we make the students, the young people, demonstrate their ability to change the world, the future”.

The students who have participated in the Hackathon have learned to communicate in public, to work in teams, to manage and to design and develop projects that show their skills and knowledge. In addition to proposing innovative solutions to real problems.

All participants are eligible to participate in the regional and national EDEM Awards, as well as in the 1st National Festival of Education and Entrepreneurship (EDEM Fest 2024) and, in this way, give continuity to their projects.
