The Consell de Govern has authorised an increase in the budget of the ‘SOIB Training in Alternation for vulnerable groups’ subsidy scheme to 8,500,000 euros, at the proposal of the Regional Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy.

Aid has increased to 8.5 million euros
This line of aid covers the period 2024-2027 and initially had a credit of 4.5 million euros. The amount agreed by the Consell de Govern to increase the budget for this call was 4,000,000 euros. This increase will make it possible to cover the high number of applications that have been received, almost doubling the amount originally agreed.
This call, aimed at entities in the third social action sector, aims to improve the employability, qualification and professional integration of unemployed people with disabilities or at risk of exclusion. This programme makes it possible to combine paid employment with the corresponding training processes in the field of vocational training.
The total amount will be distributed as follows: 1,700,000 euros will be implemented in 2024; another 1,700,000 euros will be allocated in 2025; in 2026 the appropriation established will be 2,833,334 euros; in 2027 1,133,333 euros will be allocated and in 2028 another 1,133,333 million euros.
