They will be destined to invest in eight residences and three-day centres.
It will be distributed in the budget items for the years 2025 to 2028.
The Consell de Govern has authorised the councillor of Families and Social Affairs to allocate a maximum amount of 9,010,000 euros to the Consorci de Recursos Sociosanitaris i Assistencials de les Illes Balears to finance the equipment and furnishings of eleven residences and day centres in Mallorca and Menorca for the years 2025 to 2028.

9,010,000 euros will be used to finance furniture and equip residences and day centres in Mallorca and Menorca
This amount will be distributed in the following annual instalments: 1,400,000 euros in 2025, 3,530,000 euros in 2026, 3,330,000 euros in 2027 and 750,000 euros in 2028.
The amount will go to cover the costs of the following residences:
- Son Martorell (Palma): 1,500,000 euros (750,000 in 2027 and 750,000 in 2028).
- Son Dureta (Palma): 1,400,000 euros (900,000 in 2026 and 500,000 in 2027)
- Es Castell: 800,000 euros (500,000 in 2026 and 300,000 in 2027)
- Bunyola: 1.500.000 euros (1.000.000 in 2026 and 500.000 in 2027)
- Es Migjorn Gran: 500,000 in 2026
- Quarter de Santiago (Maó): 1.400.000 in 2025
- Andratx: 880.000 euros (140.000 in 2026 and 740.000 in 2027)
- Sant Llorenç: 840,000 euros (300,000 in 2026 and 540,000 in 2027).
It also contemplates the expenses of the day centres of:
- Sóller: 50,000 euros in 2026
- Alaior: 70,000 euros in 2026
- Maria de la Salut: 70,000 euros in 2026
