For yet another year, the Museum of Footwear and Industry of Inca has launched a new educational programme that includes a wide range of activities related to the world of footwear and industry in Mallorca. The aim is to offer schools a new resource that allows them to work in a playful, interdisciplinary and direct way on new skills and knowledge.

‘Education is one of the fundamental axes of the Museum and, now more than ever, we believe that it is necessary to position museums as spaces for active learning. In addition, our Museum is a community space, so we want to promote relations and links with members of the educational community,’ says the Museum’s councillor, Andreu Caballero.

Likewise, given that all the activities have been approached from an integral perspective, they are accessible to people with functional diversity or pupils with special needs.
