At this first meeting, which took place on the afternoon of Thursday 23 January, the Strategic Plan was presented, which will now remain for three weeks in the period of allegations, and the Annual Plan, which will be approved after the Strategic Plan. The constitution of a working group focused on how to incorporate Education for Social Transformation (EpTS) in schools was approved.
The constitution of the Cooperation Council responds to the obligation set out in the Cooperation Act to approve a new decree regulating it, which was approved last November.
