The Govern de les Illes Balears has called for 51 vacancies for the free shift and 47 for internal promotion, corresponding to the public offers of 2019 and 2021.
The Govern de les Illes Balears, through the Balearic School of Public Administration (EBAP), has held today, Saturday, the first exercises of the selective processes for access to various categories of labour staff in the service of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. These selective processes were called by the Conselleria de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas in 2022, about the public offers of the years 2019 and 2021.

173 people apply for the selective processes for the CAIB Administration’s employment staff
The government has announced 51 open positions and 47 internal promotion positions for boat skipper, educational technical assistant, first maintenance officers, second maintenance officers, labourer, cleaning staff, specialist labourer, service employee and receptionist. By islands, it should be noted that the number of vacancies announced for the free shift is 39 in Mallorca, 7 in Menorca, 4 in Ibiza and 1 in Formentera. As for the number of internal promotion positions to be filled, there are 32 in Mallorca, 5 in Menorca, 8 in Ibiza and 2 in Formentera.
Of these 414 candidates, 352 were for the island of Mallorca and 144 took the exam; 48 were for Menorca and 24 took the exam; 8 were for Ibiza and 4 took the exam; and 6 were for Formentera and 1 took the exam.
The exams were held this morning at the Jovellanos building on the UIB campus in Mallorca, at IES Joan Ramis i Ramis in Menorca, and at IES Sa Blanca Dona in Ibiza.
