The appointments will start on the 1st of March.

The Health Service of the Balearic Islands has awarded a total of 101 positions in the category of administrative assistants with interim and long-term appointments, which will begin their contracts on 1 March.

To carry out this allocation, the Health Service called on 400 candidates from the Balearic Islands’ administrative assistant pool.

The Health Service awards 101 posts for administrative assistants with interim and long-term appointments

A total of 48 temporary positions have been awarded: 23 at Son Espases University Hospital, four at Son Llàtzer University Hospital, four at Manacor Hospital, two at Inca Regional Hospital and fifteen at the Primary Care Management Service of Mallorca.

Fifty-three long-term positions (more than six months) have also been awarded, with the following distribution: eighteen at the Hospital Universitario Son Espases; six at the Hospital Universitario Son Llàtzer; ten at the Hospital de Manacor; two at the Hospital Comarcal de Inca; fifteen at the Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca and two at the Gerencia del SAMU 061.

The initial recruitment offer will be for three years, with the possibility of stabilising the position in the health system through staff consolidation processes that aim to reduce temporary contracts across the Health Service to 5%.
