19/02/2025. The Inca Town Council has identified and denounced those responsible for the illegal dumping of a large amount of construction waste in a rural area of the municipality. This action has been possible thanks to the collaboration of citizens and the rapid action of the Local Police, who have located both the perpetrators and the construction site where the waste came from, located outside the municipality of Inca.

The local police in Inca identify and sanction those responsible for large illegal dumping of waste

The Local Police of Inca have reported the facts by Law 7/2022 on waste, which classifies these actions as a serious offence, with penalties ranging from €2,001 to €100,000. In addition, those responsible were urged to remove the dumped waste, an action that was carried out in the following days.

The Raiguer Town Council is working hard to fight against these illegal practices and in recent years has considerably intensified prevention and surveillance tasks. Finally, the Town Council reminds us of the importance of respecting the environment and making proper use of waste collection and management points, highlighting the fundamental role of citizens in detecting and reporting these illegal practices.
