They will cover a total of 494 places, of which 345 are day stays and 149 are residential.

They derive from agreements with four town councils in Mallorca, four in Menorca and one with the Mancomunitat del Pla de Mallorca.

The Consell de Govern has authorised the councillor of Families and Social Affairs to allocate a maximum total amount of 20,392,554.22 euros for the reservation and occupation of residential places and/or day stays for elderly people in a situation of dependency for the period 2025 to 2027.

The agreements provide for agreements with the following municipalities and associations of municipalities:

A maximum amount of 5,840,592.45 euros was derived from the agreement with Palma City Council, which owns the following centres, with a total of 205 day-care places:
Son Sardina Day Centre.
Es Coll d’en Rebassa day care centre.
Son Dureta Day Centre
Son Ferriol day centre
Son Cladera day centre
Son Xigala day centre
S’Estel-Sa Indoteria day centre

A maximum amount of 2,592,792.65 euros was derived from the collaboration agreement between the Conselleria and the Town Council of Campos, owner of the Day Centre and the Sor Maria Rafaela Residence, with 16 daycare places and 30 residential places.
A maximum total amount of 1,767,034.75 euros derived from the agreement with the Mancomunitat del Pla de Mallorca, owner of the Day Centre of Algaida and the Day Centre of Petra, which would cover 62 of the 68 daycare places in these centres.
A maximum total amount of 1,271,618.60 euros was derived from the agreement with the Town Hall of Pollença, owner of the Residence for the Elderly, with 18 places.
A maximum amount of 1,619,722.90 euros was derived from the agreement with the Maó Town Council, owner of the Day Centre and the Geriatric Residence, with 14 places for day stays and 17 residential places.
A maximum amount of 2,375,044.82 euros was derived from the agreement with the Sant Lluís Town Council, owner of the Day Centre and the Geriatric Residence. The agreement would cover 10 daycare places and 30 residential places, of the total of 20 daycare places and 46 residential places that these centres have.
A maximum amount of 1,822,998.60 euros was derived from the agreement with the Muro Town Council, owner of the Day Centre and the Muro Residence, with 15 days and 20 residential places.

A maximum amount of 1,776,980.79 euros was derived from the agreement with the Ciutadella Town Council, which owns the Ciutadella Day Centre and the Ciutadella Residence, with 12 daycare places and 20 residential places.
A maximum amount of 1,325,768.66 euros was derived from the agreement with the Es Mercadal Town Council, which owns the Es Mercadal Day Centre and the Es Mercadal Residence, with 11 daycare places and 14 residential places.
