A project of Equitable for 2025 and 2026 is subsidised with 100,000 euros

The Consell de Govern has authorised the Councillor for Families and Social Affairs to allocate a direct subsidy of 100,000 euros to the organisation EQUITABLES-Coordinadora de Comerç Just de les Illes Balears (Balearic Islands Fair Trade Coordinator). This aid aims to carry out the project called ‘Illes pel comerç just’ (Islands for Fair Trade) for the years 2025 and 2026.

This project is carried out in Mallorca (Palma, Llucmajor and Manacor) and Menorca (Maó and Ciutadella) with awareness-raising actions such as World Fair Trade Day and the Christmas Campaign; dissemination and communication of messages and content through the web, social networks, the media and dissemination through the development, publication and distribution of specific material on fair trade.
