The Balearic Housing Institute (IBAVI) will open its new offices in Maó to the public on Thursday, April 24, to improve and centralise housing-related services across Menorca. From this date onward, all public services offered by IBAVI in Maó will be provided at this new location.

The new facilities are located on Borja Moll and Fernández de Angulo streets and are spread across three ground-floor units of 32 m², 48 m², and 51 m², respectively. Renovation works began in January 2024 and were completed in April 2025, with a total investment of €131,959.62.

The move responds to IBAVI’s need for more space to enhance service delivery to the public and to prepare for the arrival, in the coming months, of the Housing Support Service of the Consell Insular de Menorca. The goal is to centralise all housing services on the island provided by different public administrations.

The new IBAVI office in Maó is located at Fernández de Angulo, 2-4. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For inquiries, the public may call 971 17 89 68.
