As part of the activities organised to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Te deix, amor, la mar com a penyora by Carme Riera, the Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) has today opened the registration period for the theatrical routes scheduled for May 3 and 4 in Palma.

Benvolguda autora is an itinerant performance designed to present the biography and most important works of Carme Riera, staged by the company Ovnipresents with dramaturgy by Miquel Mas, based on the collection of short stories Te deix, amor, la mar com a penyora.

The routes, which are free of charge, will take place next Saturday, May 3, at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday, May 4, at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., with the meeting point at La Rambla, 7, in Palma. Registration is available starting today through the website www.llengua.iebalearics.org.

Benvolguda autora offers a theatrical format that allows the public to engage with Carme Riera’s work in a more enjoyable and accessible way. The show can also be organised in different locations across the Balearic Islands at the request of institutions and organisations.
