The Ministry of Housing, Land and Mobility of the Balearic Government, through the Directorate General for Housing and Architecture, has issued the second payment of the 2024 housing rental assistance, totalling €1,154,919.37 for 486 beneficiaries.

The Balearic Government Issues the Second Payment of the 2024 Housing Rental Aid, Reaching Over 2 Million Euros Distributed to 921 Beneficiaries

The payment resolution was published this Thursday in the BOIB (Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands), and all relevant information can now be consulted on the official website ajudeslloguer.caib.es.

With this second payment of the 2024 aid program, a total of €2,199,929.80 has now been disbursed to 921 beneficiaries.

Regarding the distribution by island, out of the total aid granted in 2024:

• Mallorca: 720 beneficiaries, receiving over €1.7 million;
• Menorca: 146 beneficiaries, receiving over €344,000;
• Ibiza: 47 beneficiaries, receiving over €118,000;
• Formentera: 8 beneficiaries, receiving €24,000.
