J Feast of Sant Abdon and Sant Senén — Will Also Be a Public Holiday in the Capital of Raiguer
The Inca City Council has officially set the local public holidays for the municipality for the year 2026. The agreement was approved during the regular plenary session held on May 29, following a proposal from the Citizenship and Social Rights Committee to select the municipality’s public holidays.
In keeping with tradition, the Inca council has declared July 30 a public holiday in 2026 to commemorate Sant Abdon and Sant Senén, the patron saints of the city.

Inca Reinstates the Friday After Dijous Bo as a Local Holiday
Additionally, November 20, the Friday following Dijous Bo, will once again be recognised as a local holiday. This celebration has been reinstated thanks to the Balearic Government’s approval of the regional public holiday calendar, which designates April 6 (Easter Monday) and December 26 (Second Christmas Day) as non-working days.
It is worth noting that for the current year, 2025, the designated local holidays were April 21 (Easter Monday) and July 30, the feast day of the city’s patron saints.
