The Ministry of Education has initiated the tendering process for the complete renovation of the restroom facilities on the first floor of the kindergarten building at CEIP Pere Rosselló i Oliver, in Alaró. The project, with a base tender budget of €84,275.52, aims to adapt the sanitary facilities to the current needs of the educational community, ensuring a safer, more functional, and accessible environment.

Comprehensive Renovation of the Kindergarten Restrooms at CEIP Pere Rosselló i Oliver in Alaró Goes Out to Tender
The project includes the removal of existing fixtures, demolition of built-in stalls and outdated finishes, as well as the complete replacement of water, sanitation, and electrical systems. It also includes replacing all interior carpentry and constructing new restroom stalls using high-resistance phenolic panels, along with installing new toilets and sinks adapted for young children in early childhood education.
Once awarded, the work will have an execution period of 10 weeks to complete the renovations before the start of the next school year.
This action is part of the “Illes en transformació” initiative, promoted by the Government of the Balearic Islands, aimed at renewing and strengthening public infrastructure, with special attention to educational facilities. It reflects a firm commitment to providing more dignified, modern, and adequately equipped learning environments.
