The Department of Families and Social Affairs will commission 50 shared housing places for individuals with a diagnosed mental health disorder on the island of Mallorca for the period 2025–2028.

This commissioned service will be allocated a total of €3,928,304.50 (VAT-exempt), distributed among the organisations as follows:
- Fundació Estel de Llevant: €942,793.08 for 12 places.
- Fundació Es Garrover: €1,099,925.26 for 14 places.
- GREC: €471,396.54 for 6 places.
- Associació per la Salut Mental Gira-sol: €1,414,189.62 for 18 places.
The inclusion of this resource in the services portfolio will promote personal autonomy and appropriate social and community integration for these individuals.
Maximum Autonomy and Community Integration
The service provides shared housing for individuals diagnosed with severe mental health disorders who require specialised technical support and assistance in covering their basic needs (household expenses, food, etc.). The goal of the service is to promote maximum personal autonomy and achieve proper integration into the community.
With the development of this service, the basic services portfolio for individuals with mental health diagnoses is now complete.
