Inca Strengthens Collaboration Between Students and Companies Through the Inca Connecta Project under the “SOIB Training in Strategic and Hard-to-Fill Sectors” Program
The main objective of the event was to establish initial direct contact between the participants and the companies that will host the students during the project’s practical work phase. After three and a half months of theoretical and practical training at the Centre, students began their professional stage in July with the partner companies, while maintaining their connection to the Training Centre, as stipulated by the program guidelines.
The event was attended by Inca’s mayor, Virgilio Moreno; the Councillor for Training, Employment and Work, Maria Francisca Barceló; along with the Centre’s technical team and teaching staff.
Mayor Moreno emphasised:
“The City Council is firmly committed to dual training as a key tool to enhance employability and support labor market integration. Initiatives like Inca Connecta clearly demonstrate effective collaboration between administration, companies, and students, aligned with the real needs of the labor market.”
He also expressed his gratitude to the partner companies for their active involvement, highlighting their essential role in the project’s success and implementation.
The participating companies in this edition are: 4 Fils, S.L., FIBWI Baleares, Clipatech, Eduardo Arbos, and Mairata i Ferrer, S.L.
