Education puts out to tender the construction of a gymnasium and the partial renovation of the playground at CEIP Joan Mas i Verd in Montuïri

The project foresees the construction of a new gymnasium with a block of restrooms and an associated storage room, designed as a standalone ground-floor structure located between the primary school dining hall and the municipal nursery school.

In addition, the project includes the redistribution of the playground spaces adjacent to the new gym, as well as the construction of two staircases and a ramp: the first staircase will provide access between the primary school playground and the gym’s main hall, while the second staircase will bridge the height difference between the primary playground and the esplanade where the 0–3 school is located.
