The Mallorca Literary Foundation has announced the new edition of the TardOral 2025 Oralities Cycle, a cultural event running from October to December across several towns in the Pla de Mallorca.

The program features a wide variety of activities, including music, performing arts, presentations, tastings, talks, film screenings, educational workshops, exhibitions, and shared gatherings, all aimed at celebrating oral tradition and song as spaces for cultural exchange.

Highlights include performances by Àngel Maresca “Lo Barber de l’Alguer”, the duo L’Arannà, and the Vinyes i Arrels night with Alosa. Audiences will also enjoy shows such as Només les flors by the company De_paper, creative workshops, and innovative projects like New Ballads Against Gender Violence.

To close the season, in December, the travelling exhibition Transcribed Roots: the legacy of Andreu Ferrer and Rafel Ginard will be inaugurated.

Events will take place in towns such as Sant Joan, Artà, Lloret de Vistalegre, Porreres, and Petra, with the collaboration of local councils and cultural organisations.
